We now know all the teams who will be playing in the Champions Cup 2024 final. Tatran Střešovice secured their spot in the final after winning the deciding semi-final in front of their home crowd against SV Wiler-Ersigen.

The first semi-final between these teams ended in a 3-3 draw so the second semi-final on Saturday was super important for both teams. Martin Kisugite opened the score for the hosts and Jonas Kreysa added the lead to 2-0. SV Wiler-Ersigen evened the score with goals from Jan Burki and Yannis Wyss. Tatran still kept the lead in the first period as Jakub Bocek one more goal just before the period break. Philipp Affolter equalised the match in the second period and with numbers being 3-3 in the end of regular time, the winner had to be decided in overtime.

Milan Melis became the hero of the Tatran side as he scored the winning goal very early to the extra time (61:15). Tatran will play against IBF Falun in the Champions Cup 2024 final in January. Women’s final will be played between Pixbo IBK and Thorengruppen IBK. The exact date and location will be communicated once known.
